The Bylaws and Standing Rules for the original Knowles/Knoles/Noles Family Association were revised in 2001  by the Board and approved in 2002 by the membership.  As of January 7, 2007, these documents have been suspended indefinitely.

The operation of the Association under the Bylaws with volunteer Officers failed!

For the NEW Knowles/Knoles/Noles Family Association:

1)  New operational procedures will be developed,

2)  Incorporation papers will be filed and

3)  The KKNFA will be operated under the administration of a full time Director.

The current Director is Robert B. Noles, the former Historian for the Association.
